Faith Baldwin started building the business now known as Built By Her in 2017. It has been women-owned and operated since Day 1. Faith and Liz met in 2019, and Shannon came on board in 2020. They have been an unstoppable team ever since.

Her Story
It all started with some carpet staples…
Faith and Liz share similar childhood memories: Faith was pulling carpet staples at her uncle’s flips, and Liz was pulling carpet staples at her family’s rental properties.
Faith began working as a carpenter in 2017. First, working under a new home builder, and then branching out on her own in 2019 to chase her dream of being a builder.
Liz’s first fix and flip was in 2015. She spent some time going to grad school and working for a family-owned REIT before her next flip in 2019.
Faith and Liz teamed up for that project, and since then have completed 4 fix-and-flips, 7 Large-Scale Remodels/Additions, 5 New Construction Single Family Residences, and many things in between.
Shannon started her deadhand art and design business after graduating college in 2020. She teamed up with Faith and Liz to be their design consultant and general baddy-in-chief.
